While in Illinois, I had a chance to visit with some of my dear friends. Here is my friend, Val. We shopped a little and had some yummy coffee drinks. I miss you, Val!!! I hope you can come down for a visit sometime.

While in Missouri we visited our old highschool friend, Eric, and his family. Can't believe he has 4 girls.
Ryan and his family took the boat to Mark Twain Lake in Missouri. They met up with his mom and dad and saw his grandparents. I couldn't go because I had to work while in Missouri that day. Bummer!!! Left to Right: Kate, Ashley, Rick, Ryan, Susan, and Bob

We also visited with Ryan's Nephew, Mike, and his lovely wife, Kristina. We ate at our favorite St. Louis Restaurant, Annie Gunn's. It was delicious.
There is a sub shop here in Mississippi that has a firehouse theme. All of the kids get these firefighter hats. Addison loves hats and didn't want to take this off. I think she looks simply adorable as always.
