My "Captain" is back

As I mentioned, Ryan has been gone for the past 3 weeks. He went on a very adventurous sailing trip from Miami, Florida to Kingston, Jamaica. This wasn't the type of sailing trip where you sit back and enjoy the sun and eat grapes. Everyone on the boat had to actually learn how to sail. Once everyone had their sailing lessons from Captain Mark they were put on rotating shifts to man the ship. Here is Ryan on his shift. He looks like a pro.

What an adorable MESS!

Ryan, Addison and I went to Biloxi, MS for a Sunday trip. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and then we grabbed some Ben & Jerry's. Addison just wanted this very bright cone. She was soooo happy. YUM! What a mess. We just let her go for it and enjoy herself.

FRESH Shrimp!

While in Biloxi today we decided to grab some fresh shrimp to take home. The shrimp were huge. We purchased 2 lbs for only $7 right off the shrimp boat. You just can't beat that. Boy, were they good for dinner. Ryan put some of his jerk spices he bought in the Caribbean and grilled them. They were DDDDDDelicious.

I had to take a picture of Ryan's new look. He didn't shave while sailing and had a beard. Addison really didn't know what to think of it. But, he slowly had to shave before he returned to work. He now just has a mustache. I loved the beard. He actually looked quite handsome. Too bad the military won't allow it. Bummer!


I just love the pajamas. She looks absolutely adorable in them......of course.
