Bikini Time

Well, we tested the ear plugs for the first time here. She kept trying to take them out. She didn't like them at all. Hopefully she'll get use to them soon. Don't you just love this bikini? Aunt Janet and Uncle Kev picked this out. I just love Janie and Jack baby clothes!

Surgery...........Ear Tubes

After many, many ear infections my little girl had to have tubes put in her ears. She was such a big girl. I was so surprised how quickly the surgery was. By the time I started to tear up the doctor came out and said she was done. She's doing very well. Well, expect for the fact that she hates her ear plugs.

She was making her grunting "give me that to eat" noise when I was holding a lemon. So, I let her try it. Below is the result. :)

Happy 1st Birthday, Addison!!!!!

I just can not believe my baby girl is ONE !!! The time flew by so very fast. Addison had her big birthday party this past Saturday. It was a great party. All of her friends came to celebrate. Addison had so much fun with her friends despite how very tired she was. She hadn't had a nap all day and I thought she was going to pass out right in the middle of the party. BUT, her cake gave her a "sugar high" and she was wired for the remainder of the party. Wow, did she ever do a job on her cake. We didn't even have to help her get started. She just dug in and tore it to pieces. You''ll see what I mean in the following pictures. As far as today (her actual birthday) Grandma and Grandpa Ross are going to take her to the zoo and do other fun things for her birthday while mama and daddy work. :( Grandma and Grandpa are also taking her to the doctor....on her birthday. She is having an appointment to make sure she is ready for her "surgery" on Thursday. She is having tubes put in her ears !!! After many, many ear infections the ENT advised we have this done. So, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you!!!!

Addison received a present from Uncle Bradley and she was soooo excited about it!!! She loved the card that came with the package the most. She carried it around for so long screaming. Too funny.
